GT5 has come a long way though, most developers would have stopped coming out with new patches about 2 years ago.

Indeed, that is true, and it is a good thing. But monthly DLC sounds very ambitious to me, I have my doubts to however they actually can keep up with that.

Shame there is no Porsche :(

But hoping for an 991 RUF RGT 12 S or that crazy 9FF !

Well begging to see the Polo 6N GTI and Ford Puma back in the game! PLus E30 M3...

Mann thinking about the E36 M3 LIGHTWEIGHT Editon!

I think I will like GTA V because of the car tuning, but also the general free roam, mission etc. But with GT6 being a DEDICATED car racing sim (Maybe it will actually be this time) with, what looks like, graphics somewhat close to GTA V/F1 2012. (Note: The graphics comparison is just what I think. You may not think that.) I hope this one will be good.

It's not a vintage Formula car, it's Gordon Murray's 'Rocket'...

Hahah i remember that one!

Mann that was around 1998?

Sweet, a Ferrari 246 Dino! I can wait to see other classic Italian cars. Hopefully the Ferrari 250 GTO and others.

Not bad. I really like how they hinted at some track cars. Nice to drive a track car other than the Caterham.

Epic locations!

With 1200 cars being announced and the game on the PS3 I fear a return of standard cars. So I'm really happy to see a Premium Countach!

I afraid so too. Standard models was the one to go imo. Less quantity, more quality.

This doesn't look good:

Well, that's counting Eiger Nordwand Dirt and Road as two separate locations, when really it's just one.

And I'd wager to bet that you could probably count all the Special Stages as a single "location" too.

So those plus Silverstone accounts for 5 filled location slots. Supposedly there's 7 more than GT5 though, so there's still 2 unaccounted for... Maybe when they said 7 more locations than GT5, they were talking about GT5 pre-DLC, which would mean that Kart Space and Twin Ring Motegi don't count.

I like that they have made the effort to demonstrate the improved suspension model with the slow mo of the car moving on the suspension.

That gives me a bit of confidence.

I'm buying this, but I always knew I would. So far, the improvements sound nice, but I hope they aren't balanced against a bunch of weak points to the game like the mixed bag we got with GT5.

That was my presumption. If true, it's a negative like it was for GT5.

33 locations, and monthly track dlc!!! I can only imagine what that means.

I'm not holding my breath for this alleged monthly DLC. The only realistic possibility, at least for track DLC, is that they might submit older tracks rather than new content.

With "71 different layouts" there's not much trickery that can be done with the definition of "track".
You are still missing 6 layouts then, there could be 5 or 6 other new tracks (depending on if SSR11 is in) with only 1 layout

Would be really bad if they included GT5 DLC in the 7 new tracks though.:scared:

I don't feel the epic. It looks like another GT5 trailer and the music sounds like it was made by a rookie.

I liked the music, although the way it cuts off at the end was superbly anti-climactic.

This 👍

I was beginning to think I was the onlyone getting excited over the Dino

It's not a Ferrari, it's a Dino.

Dont say stupid things! Is part of Ferrari's history and it is as Ferrari as any other!!

I'm not saying anything of the sort. I know what it is and who made it but the make is Dino, officialy it IS NOT A FERRARI.

I didn't discount it say it wasn't part of their history but Enzo himself didn't want it being a Ferrari as it was only a V6.

If they're new cars, I'd say they're Premium models. GT6 has around the same number of cars as GT5 pretty much.

What do you think the LMP's on this trailer are? (P) or (S)?
It's hard to tell.

I'm pretty confident the short segment with the LMPs are only kind of a "recap" of GT5. So the GT-One and Pescarolo (which are the only ones I could identify) are probably standards from GT5.

Anyway, we were promised that any new cars will be Premium only. I think that was said after GTPSP, yet there still were a couple of new Standards introduced in GT5. I'd say that won't happen this time around, standards are horribly outdated and PD knows that.
