GT6 Update Help Please

Hi, first of all I'm new to PSN. I just bought my PS3 Super Slim yesterday, and the GT6 Limited Edition pack.

Anyway I have been experiencing the 80025964 Error when I try to update GT6 to v1.04. I have searched everywhere for a possible fix but none of them worked. The download works fine, it reaches 100% but when it's installing already, it stops at 14% and the 80025964 Error shows. I also updated my PS3 to the latest firmware.

I have tried all these, and nothing worked.
1. Download/Install GT6 update, PS3 connected to WiFi Router (wired)
2. Download/Install GT6 update, PS3 directly connected to modem (wired)

I also tried to reset the settings of my PS3 and it still didn't work. My GT6 version is still on v.1.0. I really need to update my GT to v1.04.

Would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Have you tried logging out of PSN, starting the game, then logging into PSN once the game has started and doing the update from within the game rather than at load?
