Drifting forum?

It's explained very clearly on page 3...

Well the FFB after the patch is full of fails on wheels
Wheel drifters can't even drift smooth now..

Not sure how you've been drifting but it's fine for me! Much better since the update in fact,

Besides, didn't you only just return to wheel drifting like 2/3 weeks ago?

add me to the list, even though i feel like youre asking for a bit too much most of it is all right on!

Phreon

Add me.

The #1 big thing I want in GT6 is in-depth car customization (performance and visuals)
More tracks/cars
Better physics

But all of this has already been mentioned, so...

They could also make the smoke look realistic?:)

Realistic smoke comparing to horsepower. ie* 200hp doesn't make as much smoke as 1000hp.
Realistic smoke when the wheels are spinning not just random smoke getting added would be nice.

I think the city free roam probably wont happen but worth a shot. I think we need the ability to undo parts we add to our car and i do agree with the more in depth tuningespecially for the engine and power side to. In real life you can put almost 1000 to 900 horsepower on cars. Im not saying that what you wanna do but in real life d1 most cars have 600-900bhp (horespower). I dont think gran turismo should add liveries, gran turismo is not forza it wasnt ment to use liveries. One thing i do think they could do is allow you to some how do races and maybe after a certain ammont or doin 1 specific race you can win sponsorship stickers and place rhem on you car but thats as far as liveries should go. ONE MAJOR THING WE NEED IS NO MORE STANDARD CARS!!! I like the used car dealership i think it would be the best if there were no standard cars make it so some cars that are rare to find can only be bought in used car dealer and then it keeps the fun of having rare cars that are hard to get a hold of and makes it all premium. If forza 4 can have orver 300 or 200 premium cars not standard theres no reason gran turismo cant and one last thing is if forza can bring dlc out every month why is gran turismo having such difficulties.

I came from Forza (1, 2, and 3). The thing is, the DLC in Forza Motorsport is generally (not speaking for 4, haven't played) Turn10 releasing stuff that was available in the collectors edition or VIP members. Not only this, as soon as they started working on Forza 4 (some 3 to 4 months after the release of 3) the dlc slowed down immensely, and VIP members were no longer receiving a car every week, as they were supposed to for purchasing the collectors edition.

This is the main reason I switched to GT5, as they are consistent, at the very least. Turn10 decided to make everything available to the non-collector purchasers, at roughly 20 dollars less then the collectors edition cost, as well as not hold up to the included perks of the collectors edition. I wouldn't complain about Forza having regular DLC, because in the end, they tend to screw over their customers.

Now, I do agree, I wish for much more DLC, only because well, hell, there are still a lot of cars I would love to have. More freedom of modification is somewhat of a definite must in my book. At the very least, motor swaps should be possible (the fact that the 240zg can't have forced induction or an L28 swap is aggravating as hell to me), but I would like to see more modifications all around. More visual additions would be fantastic, especially for standard cars. I don't know about you, but the 3 generic fast and furious spoilers they have available don't really do it for me aesthetically. All in all, I don't see any issues with what you have listen, in fact, I'm definitely in.

Half the reason i stopped playing Forza too. The only problem with GT5 for me, is it just feels unfinished. Aside from the standard cars, I'm not sure if it's just because I'm used to Forza, with the drivetrain swaps and livery editor (which is amazing, I don't understand why people wouldn't want one in GT5 personally).

A city free roam, as some people have suggested, would take away from the game for me, and make GT5 feel like "another on of those arcades". Also, I think if they were to add one, they would do it in a separate game, like Forza is doing with Horizon.

count me in!

psn: awesomenes97

would be awesome to have an official group type thing for all the drift and racing teams :dopey:

Im in. PSN: Coza427

I'd like:
Engine conversions
Drivetrain conversions
More rims and ability to change the rim and tire sizes
More Australian cars (V8 Supercars!!!)
More tracks
More bodykits or aero upgrades
Livery editor!
And no standard cars

Vogelsang1234
Drivetrain swaps
Motor swaps (wider than forzas swaps for ex. 2JZ in a Subaru)
Better visual and performance customisation
more tracks, (drifty tracks like ebisu)
less the same car only different versions like the many skylines, s2k's and so on
better damage

D-Spec. Unnecessary for game completion, but outstanding branch of a GT Life.
This is where your drift career starts and never ends. Peace!

They could make up the free roam area, and it would lead only to fictional tracks. Real tracks would be in a menu.
