GT7 car amount problem! help please!

Hi, new to the forum im Hunter. I am having a problem with this game, Ive looked everywhere online for the answer and havent been able to find it on the internet. So I have 247 cars total in my garage on GT7, and I know there are 519 available. I get the cars from the updates, Ive seen the legend cars and I have bought most of the cars from brand central. I have even tried to progress through the races on menue books etc. to try to earn the other 270 or so that im missing, but they are no where to be found. the used car dealership really doesnt cycle, so I dont know what im missing here. Does it matter what subscription plan I have? Just trying to find those 270 cars. I would appreciate the help 100%, thanks.

By the way im on the PS5 but not the Pro. thanks

It doesn’t properly until you finish Menu Book 39...

... but there's really not all that many cars unique to the UCD. Most are in Brand Central and are available (for the most part) all the time.

Minor correction - the Used Car Dealership (UCD) does cycle once one starts the Menu Books. However, there are certain cars that appear ahead of the UCD rotation based on which Menu Book one has last completed up until the 39th Menu Book is completed.

The UCD (and Legend Dealership, otherwise known as Hagerty's) refreshes at midnight GMT (or just under a hour from this post), with the cars marked as "sold out" (usually) replaced by fresh cars, and cars marked as "limited availability" for 2 days selling out. Unlike previous Gran Turismos, this refresh is real-world time-based rather than advancing the game clock through in-game actions.

Specifically for tonight, the 2000 Renault Clio and 1969 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, which sold out last night, will be replaced by 2 other cars, while the 2009 Abarth 500, 1991 Honda Beat, 2003 Audi TT Coupe, 1992 Porsche 911 and 2009 Audi TT will all sell out and become unavailable. @ddm has a full list of both the online UCD and Hagerty's showrooms, updated shortly after each refresh (done manually, so there will be a bit of a delay).

If you compare the list of cars you have to the one in the Guide to which I linked you can find out which ones you don't have. The Guide also tells you where you can get the cars you don't have, so you know where to acquire them.

Beware that there is a handful of "Invitation" cars, which appear in Brand Central but which you can only buy if you have a relevant brand Invitation. These are pretty rare and pretty random and this system sucks. However you can also be awarded them from certain tickets: Four Star (very, very rarely), Five Star (very rarely), Six Star (rarely) and Six Star Car (also rarely). The latter ticket is the best option and you can earn these usually every couple of weeks from the Weekly Challenges.
