I bought the GT7 deluxe edition digital and i got nothing that's come with, I talk with playstation support and they tells me they can do nothing for me, it's like I have the normal version.

None of this applies, as neither the Yaris nor bonus credits appear this way. Or the bonus avatars for that matter.The problem pretty much sounds like a purchase on a different account than the one used for playing.
On your console you can confirm this for yourself:
1. from the consoles home screen, top right corner select settings

2. Users and Accounts
3. Account -> Payment and Subscriptions
4. there is a menu that should translate to "transaction history" or something similar.
Enter a range of dates that inclused your purchase and then you will have a list of all purchases of the selected account
If the purchase is there, then your only chance would be

If the purchase is not there, then everything is fine, you simply need to use the account on which the purchase was made.

I can't speak specifically to the digital 25th Anniversary Edition, but the physical 25th Anniversary Edition has a code for the Yaris/bonus 1,000,000 Cr./avatars/soundtrack/digital PS4 (and a second one for the pre-order bonuses). The credits and avatars are only available on the account where the code was entered, while the car(s)/soundtrack/digital PS4 edition (at least assuming the codes were entered on the parent account, which is what I did) are available on all accounts on the PS5 where the code was (or codes were, as the case may be) entered.None of this applies, as neither the Yaris nor bonus credits appear this way.
