GT7 - Games bugged and lost all my progress

Hi guys,
After the 1.08 update dropped, I booted up GT7, and it put me through all the tutorials as if I had just started the game for the first time. I went to the world map and all my progress was gone and had me starting from scratch. I tried reinstalling, do all the usual thing to try and fix it but nothing worked. I then completed the 1st menu book and my car's appeared and my licence progress appeared also. When I selected the licence menu it then gave me all the reward cars again.

So because my save file shows that I have completed all the cafe books and licences I can't reselect them to unlock the rest of the game. I am completely soft locked from playing the game.

Has anyone else experienced this or knows a fix? It's extremely frustrating as I've put 40+ hours into the game. Feels like it's going backwards.

Yo I got the same issue after patch 1.08 I was playing gt7, doing menu 36 where I had to participate in a championship WTC700, while I was playing I got disconnected even though I had a great internet connection and went offline, then the game put me through the whole tutorial and lost all my progress such as money, license tests, and missions. When I go to my garage I still have all my cars but the game is unplayable. How do I fix this?

Seems to be quite a few of us with same bug. No known fix as of yet.

At which point of progress did you have the savedata restored. Any loss anyway? And important two things: where do you live (usa, asia, eu, ecc) and HOW MUCH time passed after the bug and the request to them?

I didn’t lose any progress. It picked up exactly where I was before it glitched. I tweeted them after 3-4 days of not being able to play in USA. It only took them around 2-3 hours to respond.

Me too yesterday exactly the same I'm pissed off! I lost all my money, but still have cars the only thing I have access to is garage, Cafe which all booklets are unlocked & second hand car sales.

I updated my PS OS yesterday and now GT7 has booted me back to Music Rally, with zero progress in game.

Funnily enough, the card thingy on the PS homescreen still shows my progress and trophies.

The update broke connectivity, not your save, I believe. Unless you've been allowed to the world menu and can access normal features. Then it's a save issue, and you should contact @gt7_online_jp on Twitter.

If you're stuck in offline mode, you just need to wait for the problem to be fixed.

Try settings and transfer/download/move game from cloud to console.
It might just be a sync thing.
I had a problem, i was back to a new game,move cloud save to console fixed it.

Logged on after the update to find all tracks gone, no online modes on the map. All my cars and get this $11.4 million (I had around 80k)
Very strange. My collector level ha back to 0 and I can’t play anything.
I’ve tweeted at that account with no response in 12 hours.

I have twitted yesterday, and this morning I got reply that every thing is restored. Turned on PS5 and started GT7, and it's all there!!!
So, everyone with this problem, just tweet, describe the problem and give your PSN ID.
