GT Sport is not GT7.

Full Ghost mode would be called Time Trial.

This is the Gran Turismo Sport forum, as you can see here at the top of the screen:

GT Sport's online services were shut down in January 2024. There is no online racing in GT Sport any more.
Gran Turismo 7 is a different game, and has its own forum: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/board/gran-turismo-7/

There are many extant threads discussing this sort of thing.
