If in five years Forza is selling 10 million copies every two years, and GT is selling 4 million every 4 years, should Nissan still stick with them? As a commercial decision, what makes Nissan the most money?

...Simple: stick with both. Already Forza series has arguably better/diverse/newer lineup of Nissans than GT...:sly:

I doubt that's an option, or they'd be with both now. I seriously doubt either GT or FM would allow a competition to span both of their games, it goes against everything they're trying to do as system sellers.

So if you have to choose, do you choose the one with whom you have the history, or the one that provides the best current value for your brand?

Commercially, the only real option is to stick with what makes your company money. If that means leaving an old business partner because someone else has a better offer, then do that. It's happened many, many times over many, many different industries. There's nothing new or different about this.

If GT loses GTA, it's entirely because they didn't make themselves appealing enough to keep it.

I still think GT7 didn't have an E3 showing simply because the game isn't coming out this year. Kind of a damned if you do thing.

Wow...that article sums up what i think too..and written several times...but not as good :)
What ever they do, its their business i guess. But i hope the soundengineer at least has better hearing than Kaz.
Oh, and 4K..since i said sales would explode its time to get it in the game now in some matter.
And VR..guess that can change the whole industry again.
