Good luck! I did hate drift missions before VR, I hate them with VR, I still hate them with VR and motion rig. And yes it leaves a gap, I will never finish 100% of the single player mode, it is sad, but I watched several youtube videos and I still don’t understand how it works :(

Rally is different, that changed totally with VR! Definitely fun!
With the drift missions you can cheat in 2 of them and one of them they count understeer as drifting.

In all honesty just do them with the controller and using the face buttons, so much easier.

I didn't think PSSR, Raytacing/ Resolution, or 120hz settings affected anything in GT7 when in VR.
I don't see where John at Digital Foundry said they did in that video. I think he was referring to flat screen when talking about those settings.
But maybe I missed something.

I tried last night and the 120fps option amongst others are all greyed out.

Yeah this is pretty good huh. Impressed by the quality. I expected quite a mushy image judging by everyone raving about pro enhancements but it looks really good on the base model.
I think the fact my experience is mostly based off the original Oculus Rift helps that though.

Only thing I don't like particularly is that I can see the 'texture' of the lenses across the entire image, but it's a super minor thing in the grand scheme of it all.
Did the Porsche Cup weekly at Maggiore and a Daily A as all I could fit in right now - Maggiore is awesome! The verticality shines through immensely. Rally was also really fun and I'm glad the horizon lock isn't super obvious, didn't hamper anything for me. About half a second off pace on that right now which is solid.

Try to lower the screen brightness in VR settings to ~70% and then increase brigthness in game by +0.5, it makes a small difference but just enough i think :)
