GT7 sport mode network issues

For some reason every time I will try to play a quick race on sport mode it seems that my game wouldn’t sync with other players then all the other players cars wouldn’t move except for my and im not even able to control my car and then when I try to leave the game will just crash or just stay in a black screen. please help ..
