Stock: Based off a 1967 Chevy Nova
Customization:
-Bumpers

-Roof variants
-Exhaust
-Interior
Performance would be slightly better than a Sabre Turbo, with less traction.
When taken to Benny's you have the option of turning the Pulsar into a drag-ready Promod, designed to rule 1/8th and 1/4 mile runs.

Original car would be in the Sports Classics class while the conversion would put into Muscle.
Original performance is similar to the Rat Loader, although a bit better in each area.
Hot Rod would be similar in performance to some of the classic muscle cars.

Technically, it would look more like the Saikou from Midnight Club 2, another Supra like car:
Description: In some weird land of animation and tentacles, it means 'Supreme'. But over here it sounds more like 'Psycho', which is exactly the type of person who drives this kind of vehicle.

It would be cool to see another customs shops opens that is not for low riders and bobble heads but for race car upgrades, kind of like GT5's racing upgrade thingo!
