Just to let you all know, i accidentally used my car tickets thinking i was on another account and i had the other account backed up so i only have the Miura ( thanks to playnthru!! ) to pass on. So if anybody wants to pass on a toyota 7 or escudo ticket i will be able to pass them on again.

You got the car when if you bought two dlc packs and installed them then you got the car hope this clears up any confusion
