GTA Online Heist Thread

I pressed play, but it's stuck on the screen, it doesn't load, can't hear nothing over the headset .-. I'm done for the night with GTA. Sorry guys.

EDIT: My PS3 crashed actually. Yeah, that just adds insult to the injury.
 
Ran into a potential game ending bug in the Prison Break heist.

We completed all of the objectives up until the very last part. I was flying the plane with 2 passengers and the prisoner. The 4th player was in the helicopter taking out all the enemy helicopters. We fly to the yellow circle and no matter what, we can NOT get rid of the wanted level. Tried for over an hour last night. Keep I mind I have completed this before, but for whatever reason, cant complete it now. Even tried flying out to the edge of the ocean, circling the map, landing, not sure what is wrong. It worked before but would not work last night.

Very fun indeed. That is also exactly where I am at. Havent started the 4th heist yet. Just been re-doing the first 3 heists with friends and family. Probably attempt the 4th over the weekend.

It's a known issue from what I've read on R*. The only way to fix it is to switch the roles a bit and go from there (i.e. have someone else fly). Even this isn't a surefire way to fix the problem though. If you were in a car you could just get out and then get back in but unfortunately you can't leave the plane so....

Plus R* seem more interested in fixing money glitches than game breaking updates. :grumpy:

ok thanks for the heads up. That's pretty much what we figured. I guess next time we play we will change the roles for the players.

That's Rockstar for you. Game doesn't work and people are having connectivity issues due to the servers? That doesn't matter. People doing a money glitch that we had opened ourselves? We need to fix that pronto! I wound up having to wait for over an hour to do the Prison Break finale because the whole team kept disconnecting from the servers. Lets be logical here- would people rather do a heist (including the set ups) or use a money glitch that can make the same money in less time? Most people with a time crunch would rather do the money glitch.

That happened to me this weekend. It was super annoying.

On a more logical note if the heists don't work at all then I would rather go the glitch route for obvious reasons. :rolleyes:
 
I really need some people to do heists with. I'm so tired of wasting my time with randoms. Anyone willing to take me in would be greatly appreciated.
 
My crew leader said he might disband the crew because he's angered that none of his crew members help him with his own heists. Its pretty ironic to think that he gets mad when I'm doing a heist on my own because he never thought to invite me hours before and he always invites me right while I'm in the middle of a heist.
