There are no sharks online. Well, save for the fake one on the beach in Venice. There are no attacking animals, or any animals at all online. There are fish underwater and you'll see bugs flying, but that is about it.

Imagine if you were able to have a personal dog online. The chaos of lobbys with 20 odd dogs attacking each other and/or other players:lol:
"Player A has destroyed your dog, call Mors pet insurance to get a new one"
 
I would just like to be able to go fishing. With the water area the game has, the number of vessels, and the NPCs having fishing poles at times it makes me think it would be a great addition, even if it were added as a mini-game like darts, golf, tennis, etc. I would prefer it be a free roam activity, but I'd take what I could get. I just imagine something like the old Reel Fishing built into GTA. Much like they sort of robbed the Tiger Woods PGA controls for their golf mini-game.

A great addition would be the ability to go fishing along with a few larger vessels, such as perhaps the Reefer from San Andreas.

Looks like update will happen on Wednesday. Probably part 2 of whatever it was just recently.
 
I wonder how many fun things they'll take away this time. With IGG part 1, they locked the back doors to the police station near the LS River. There was no reason for them to do that. They can't use the excuse that players with bounties could hide in there. Why? Because they can just hide in their apartments and no one will be able to get them.

You can't collect your own bounty in your apartment. It disables the timer until you leave.

As for the police station, I assume they never intended for people to enter it online but forgot to lock the back door. Otherwise, there would be no reason for the front door to be locked.

But I don't see any harm in being able to explore it. It does not detract from general gameplay. It's not harmful. You can still be killed if you're trying to have a shootout in it.
 
Can you not still glitch your way into the police station? I remember somebody showing me a method where you start a job then quit it and you spawn inside. Similar method to get inside Franklins house online

Well for whatever reason, a lot of SP resources aren't used in Online. I don't know if it's software limitations or what.

I have noticed that props have been removed in certain areas (Concrete island between the Alta St apartments and the Mile High Club construction site; the building near the road at the Port of LS with a bunch of flags), but the police station is still loaded when you're near it.

No NPCs will spawn in the police station unlike single player.
 
What police station can you make ingress in single player? And is it "safe" (no shooting on sight) to do so?
 
I found a Youtuber called Merfish. He makes videos from GTAV and recently uploaded a Fresh Prince intro recreation. HERE

Props that can be interacted with are still there, like computer monitors, chairs, etc. They aren't necessarily part of the environment, but they are still loaded.

The Coil Brawler has a big V8, I like that.
But when the front wheels are off the ground, they dont spin, you can see a front diff but the car acts rwd.

There's a new radio station called The Lab. Only song I've heard in it so far is a different version of Welcome To Los Santos ( The song that plays at the start of Franklin & Lamar)
 
Weird glitch happened a few days ago and am wondering if it happened to anyone else? Basically, my PS Plus ran out and while playing story I went AFK for a few hours so pressed the PS button to go on the PS4's menu thing. When I came back I went to play the game again (I was Michael before going AFK) the game went to go to GTA Online but I had no PS+ so couldn't, it then switched to Franklin but the image on screen was stuck to what it was when I went AFK until I killed Franklin. I had to use the minimap alone to navigate out of his house. All HUD was working fine but the actual game was showing what was on screen when I went AFK. This was just before the latest patch came out so am unsure if it got fixed.
 
Am I right in assuming that one cannot make a custom playlist consisting of races, maps etc. that you've made yourself. In the creator?
That you can only make custom playlists with R* own premade races, maps....?

And if yes. FML:banghead:
