It's pretty easy. use the in-game recorder for about 30 seconds or so, then go to the rockstar editor set the camera angle, filter, ect., then press the corresponding button to take a snapmatic picture

Pretty much this, but take a screenshot instead of a snapmatic picture so the image quality doesn't decrease.
