Do it. The view from Weazel Plaza is amazing compared to Eclipse Towers. And $200,000 goes towards Weazel Plaza if you trade Eclipse Towers in.

+1 for Weazel Plaza, the $317,000 apartment (if I'm not mistaking it's the second one) has the best view.

In my opinion it's worth it. That location in general is an awesome location in general. Although they don't have the view you get from Weazel Tower, you might want to checkout Del Perro Heights. This was the first apartment I purchased and I never had any problems over there.

Weazel Plaza IMO is strategically the best apartment to have. I prefer the view of the hills that you get with the 400k n00b apt but yeah, it's flaws is that everyone lives there and there are always a bunch of scrubs camping outside. The fact that both garage and the exit are next to each other doesn't help at all. At Weazel's in case there are someone waiting for you at the garage door, you can use the regular exit and either escape easily or shoot whoever is outside the garage in the back of the head. 👍
