If it's cloudy, and the sun's in the right position it'll look as above. I don't really have any other explanation to it.

Northernmost part of the map, a bit east of Paleto Bay. It's hard to miss. There is a convienence store next to it too.

There's a few "landmarks" in Blaine and LS county. I remember seeing a giant Barney dinosaur statue somewhere.

This cop was feeling a bit down in the dumps. I had a chat with him and he told me his wife cheated on him with another man. I felt very bad for him, and could see the distress in his eyes.

So I had @KM964 cheer his day up.

Afterwards he was much happier, and smoked his cigarette with a smile on his face. Aren't I just the nicest?

Something tells me I should turn around...

And on a serious note, making an awesome use of sepia filters and the Roosevelt.

What a beautiful car. So happy I grinded my rear-end off for one.
