You wouldn't lose anything just put your SL tune on sheet 2 or 3...

I know, but it's not for the sheets it's for the handling change it's probably going to get

It's not like going from 700 to 400hp, it's only 47hp in this case so there won't be a major change.

Only things you may need to change are transmission and possibly slightly stiffer spring rates (by that I mean 0.25 - 0.5kg).

Your definition of street car is flawed. SC430 cost more then a z34 in repairs.
