The GTLC is short for Gran Turismo Lap Championship. 
The challenge involves running 15 hot laps, S Licenses, and Time Trials. The goal is to get the lowest total time at the end.
This is a serious competition, but drivers of any skill are encouraged to enter, you won't get better without practice. This challenge will start on October 13th @ 6:00 GMT, so the times for the first event(S4[Midfield Raceway] w/ Pennzoil Nismo GTR) are due October 20th.
