Someone said I was lagging in race 1 did the lagging stop?
Strom seemed to have lag problems from what I saw, really bad when he over took me in the 2nd race.
Race 3 seemed the messing one from tonight races, sorry about my tap on your inside Ninja in turn 2.

Any way will watch replays tomorrow and Pm Pam and blue

It's fine m8, no damage. đź‘Ť

Yeah, I did see a little bit of lag from Storm during quali, I didn't see too much during the racing.

In race 3 something weird happened.

Agro spent the whole race in the pit lane, he started in the pit lane and just sat there. Yet at the end it said he had won, except his race time was identical to ninjas. I have no idea what happened there and I can only apologise if Agro and I couldn't see each other on track.....if he was actually on the track that is. :(

After the race my PS3 crashed on the GT loading screen, it wouldn't do anything at all not even the xmb. So I have no replay or results now either.

Race 1 and 2 were good though. Some nice battles throughout.

I remember seeing Argo as a small red dot way in front Ian, don't worry you was nowhere close to him.
As you was behind me ;)

Yup, only person who was close to him was Xflow until he went off and gave me second... ;)

I try m8, problem is sometimes... well, most of the time, my honesty makes me come across as a Grade A dick...
Hmm, that's the problem. It's easy to put your foot in it sometimes. I've done the same thing myself and upset people along the way. I don't mean too.

Thankfully my PS3 is still alive, it sorted the file system and eventually rebooted.

That weird  I saw everybody just fine. Oh well.

Got to say that was a good night of racing. Second race I had a few issues. On the first lap the video to my tv cut out for three seconds right in the middle of the last corner. I hit immediately pressed start so no one would hit me and lost a few spots. I was victim to a lag punt with about 10 laps to go too, but I ended with a decent spot at the finish anyways.

Got to say before the season started I was contemplating leaving if the driver standards didn't improve, but I stuck around and now the standards (at least for touring car racing) has improved vastly. The last two weeks have been really nice đź‘Ť

I am not convinced mine is going to last a lot longer, I had a huge amount of shimmering and artifacts during race one and two and the PS3 was rather loud. I have a feeling its been on its way out for a while but it seems a lot worse now than it ever has been before.

It's probably full of dust mate.

Mine got louder once. Luckily I have access to a blow gun, so I blew the dust out and it has been fine since. ;) It was amazing how much dust came out of it. I'm pretty sure that the PS3 is better at collecting dust than a Dyson.

Yeah, I can do that easy enough, might have to pull it apart a bit and give it a clean.

My PS3 is a fat one and I just blew through all of the vents on the casing. It soon cleared it without having to pull it apart. I'm not sure if the thin version will clear as easily though.

gutted, all I had to do was sit behind him and except 2nd as I had a little gap behind, but no I had to keep pushing
I was following agro for most of race 3, constantly focussing on that bloody red golf ;) I seemed to get into a weird trance and really lost concentration. went wide onto the grass coming out of the fast left right and drifted over to the grass on the outside of the last turn.

and yes I could here your laugh @NinjaEvo

Race 2 I was in a wierd situation, after my pit stop I came out infront of @Ian_83 and @STOCKY8A1 then half way around my outlap i suddenly realised I was in last and that they were lapping me so I jabbed on the brakes and let them though, then started thinking about what I had done, we were running similar pace, there tyres were going off and mine were brand spankers so I had to try and un lap myself without causing to many finger gestures :scared: sorry for any annoyance guys.

But standards seemed great tonight, a few small taps, but for that track very good.

đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť to everyone I raced with tonight.

What happened to you in Race 1 after your stop? You seemed to get out of the pit lane well in front of me but then you were really slow out of Paddock Hill.

I spun out coming out of the pits. Just barely caught the sand on the left hand edge on the exit of T1 :ouch: other than that race 1 went great

i can see u guys are having issues with the connection , regarding too that i read somewhere here on gtplanet that the "solution" for it could be , that iff everybody before they enter a room , go and clear cache , that could be the "solution" for all the issues you can have in a room , i dont know excactly iff it works all the time , but so far it has worked out for me in the rooms i have entered where all drivers have cleared cache , hope it can/will help you all iff you try it out.....

We always clear cache before racing. đź‘Ť

Think my fastest was 47.7 or something
That lap time is decent. đź‘Ť I was doing 47.7 in the Honda when I tested it, that was without draft and without tuning it properly. So I think that it had a bit more to give. I found the Honda to be great at Brands compared to the Volvo and Citroen. I wish that I'd tried the Golf too now, because it's great in the bends....

I like trying the other cars, it gives me a chance to see where there strengths and weaknesses are. I can also work out who will be a threat. Sadly I'm not very good at testing the FR's, I can't tune them very well at all, I've spent far too much time tuning the FF's and I've forgotten what to do. The two drivetrains act very differently when trying to set them up.

Next round: Deep Forest. A classic Gran Turismo track. đź‘Ť The dreaded rock face and also the final corner... Deep Forest has always been an awkward track, I've had some great races on it and I've had some miserable wreck fests too. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens this time, hopefully it'll prove to be awesome.

When I think about rolo I sometimes think what's the point in tuning a car.
Oh remember now giving him a tune to test my car, he took like 2s off my best time lol.
I guess it was handy he could not tune a car.
The best tune is knowing the track to know the track you have to test it alot.
It's really good if you can get test times with others round the track.
That's the best thing about the endurance race Monday night, really opens learning the track with others.

I can't make them all but wish I could, there a great pre-test race, also great if you get a win ;)
