Guys listen. Can everyone please calm down. People are taking this a bit too serious and already i'm seeing an unhealthy rivalry forming between some people. I don't want the series or GTOR name to look bad. At the moment i'm not enjoying this at all. I want to be able to turn up and have fun, not be in the middle of a feud. If it continues then both parties will be asked to leave.

Driving standards are quite poor. I'm no longer confident about Monaco.I know rubbing and bumping is part of touring car racing, but not to the extent it has been taken.
I'm going to redo the rule book. One thing i'm going to stress is the half a car length rule. If you'r not overlapping the car in front by half a car length, back off. It's the driver behind responsibility to try and avoid contact.

I will be there Wednesday however not sure whether I will actually be racing as of yet. I can tell how competitive things are here which is nice, but please keep it to a certain level. Last warning.

Again, thanks to those of you with the correct head on them. Just remember guys, and gal, and aliens, if you're not happy with someone's driving. Don't take it into your own hands.

Weather is now on Post 3. I'll change it when I see different settings. Cloudy just means no rain as of yet but don't rule it out.

Also, I'm sorry for those who it may affect, but there will be no mid season break. I said we'd wait until more details emerge and I thought that numerous rounds would be missed. However if I was aware it was only the one then we would have continued. In season 1 and 2 there were separate rounds where championship leaders were unable to make it, but we carried on, and we will continue to do so. The only time we will postpone is when there is an update or the final round

:confused: who's arguing with who ? Can some of make sure i am up to date with all the gossip, i dont care about the weather what tyres are being used or pit strategy's, most important is the gossip :cheers: ... PM me ;)

Just that some people are getting too competitive and serious about this. It's not creating a positive environment and becoming less enjoyable. Just asking people to stop.

BHI will be interesting, it's a simple track but it still demands respect otherwise mistakes will be made. A British classic. 👍

As a couple of you are already aware I have been working on a little series of my own for the past few days and I would like to invite anyone who is interested to come and join in! I have had a few new ideas that I wanted to try out so I thought I would put them altogether as a package and see how well it works. Its called the SuperMini Junior Touring Car Championship and will probably run on Tuesday nights although this isn't set in stone, a lot of it is ready to go but a few tests will be needed to check the balancing of the cars etc etc so I am hoping to start the racing during April sometime and it may well be that it begins as Season 3 of the GTTCC finishes.

I have tried to make it as simple to operate and compete in as possible whilst still keeping things interesting so if anyone would like to help out in any way or simply compete please let me know on that thread 👍

Share it on here, I have done a 48.2 on a scrappy old lap on worn tyres just now.

Turn 3 can be fun too if I get it wrong and run wide on the exit. The C4 doesn't do it through there, but the Volvo sure does..... Spare boxers may be required on race day if it rains.

High 47 in the C4. Think it was 47.7 ish.

@sb360 How's the Honda? That's one car that I've never actually tried yet.

Its a little twitchy and I am struggling with setup at BH, I was also somewhat inebriated which didn't help the laptime. I also seem to be having connection issues, a couple of times I DC'd from a lobby that only had me in it this evening :(

How do you clear your cache?

In game on the main screen.... Press start.... Options > Network > Clear system cache > clear cache > yes.
 
I'm at a loss for words. Seriously, sometimes this thread gives me such a headache.
