I still prefer GT3 over GT4, but if GT3 stops working I will be playing GT4 way more often.

I enjoyed 3 much more and 2 was more comprehensive. 4 was OK but I think it really started to signal the franchise going stale, so I would say meh.

The best Gran Turismo. The Gran Turismo that gave you what you could have reasonably expected from it. Not like the newer ones that always come short in more than one aspect.

Sub-Zero just because of that.

The most complete career racing game ever made. There's an unbelievable amount of content, several hundred hours worth at least. Sure the physics were bad - even horrible by today's standards - but they weren't the main point of the game. This is a game that will never get old, one that I will always come back to.

I still have my copy bought in Mid-2006

Too bad I don't have a working PS2 to play it with.

Plenty of content career wise, lots of cars, tracks, the best menu interface IMO, really great IG Soundtrack.

Sub-Zero.

Is it odd that the first page are full of people who voted SU and then this page are full of opposite vote?

Me? This is the Best GT i ever played, probably one of my most favorite games of all time IMO.

"Video games are SU!"

Well at least playing this isn't embarrassing at all compare to say watching "My Little Pony" (No hate to bronie's but i never understood why a male around his 20's would watch that).

Probably because there are people who have some sort of understanding of Cool Wall logic and don't treat them as "Like Walls"

cool wall logic: it has to be Super Uncool.
Like Walls: Sub zero

Which one should i treat the cool wall? logic or my likeness?

I guess everyone would say Logic.

Whatever you decide as you're entitled to your own decision. Just don't try and call anyone out on why they voted Uncool or less otherwise you'll just get shot down.

So it's okay to call someone who voted cool...
...but calling someone who voted uncool is not okay?

GT4 was like a giant planned suburban town: lots of copy-cat stuff, dead-ends galore, various eye candy which served little use or function. It suffered from over-planning too many details to the point of restricting fun, too many senseless rules for what was ostensibly a game, many way-too-long races, and what the hell were they thinking with that repetitious prize-car system?

On the other hand, you had lots of fun cars to drive, plenty of isolated fun in places like Nurburgring and at few other tracks. I think they tended to overdose on concept cars as filler, especially when production models arrived; something for the gatherer rather than the hunter, if you will. Some nice GT2 stuff returned (or cars that should have been there in the first place), but too much Tsukuba-diving, boring Motegi, far too many license tests...sometimes it felt like gardening with artificial turf.

It's hard to say Meh to the only game I've ever pre-ordered, but that's kind of what you get in comparison to GT2 and GT3. That said, it's the last GT game I've bought, not counting Tourist Trophy.

Sub Zero. 2nd greatest game of all time. Look at how good the game was when they decided not to include online play.

I logged most of my GT hours on this game but I always rather hated the physics. GT5P was a revelation for me in terms of that. However none of that matters.

Its a video game. And not a highly social one like GTA or FIFA. Uncool.
