Lol, yeah, I guess so. I can't see anyone attempting to try and use the AJP8 in anything other than what it had been intended for. I'm sure they're many simpler and easier to get hold of V8s around.

They can't be that hard to find, there was literally bajillions of them and they are still made.

Well they managed to shoehorn a 289 into the Sunbeam Alpine to make it the Tiger, so maybe there is room in the Dolly :) And American big blocks, though more scarce outside the US, can still be found.

True. But other than the 351W they are all visually the same thing. The naked eye couldn't tell the difference due to the differences being internal
