I wasn't really aware of this car previously, but it's awesome. SZ. Is it me or does the tagline "Inexpensive. And built to stay that way" make little sense? I guess they mean it will always be manufactured inexpensively and this shows in the eventual price, but it's still odd.
Oh yeah reasons? I love me some unique 80s-ness, and I love ambitious tech (well it was at the time), and the fact that it's potentially 4WD and turbocharged is all gravy. Not sure if we had these over here at all, the only 80s Subaru I was aware of was the Brat, and that was scarce.
