I'm not one for SUBC, but I do have to go with SU here.

It looks horrible and Hummer-esque.

Quoting as a reference point since I'm too lazy to do this myself...

When you compare these two together, that's where you can see what evolved into the 'new' Charger (Mid-2000s? I actually don't know when it came out, and really don't care, either.) I see a grille influence, a headlight influence, trunk in the concept looks like a Malibu-wait, wrong brand... taillights as well look like a Malibu Maxx or w/e it was called...

Could have sworn I've seen a picture of a Crossfire with a similar 'side-gash-through-door' treatment, but I guess I'm mistaken...

I'm just laughing over the replies in this thread regarding about the car itself.

But anyways back to the car, I'm giving this car a Uncool rank because it has a 4-automatic/manual gearbox like seriously? This is the early 2000s, and 5 or 6 manual/automatic gearboxes are a thing nowadays.

As for the design, it looks like what the Magnum should have been at the first place.

I don't see any Charger in it, but I see a lot of Magnum in it.
Yeah the front bumper looks more of a Magnum than a Charger. Sure you can take the front grille as a resemblance to the Charger but for the whole, it looks like a Magnum.

To be frank, if this ca didn't have quite the crappy roof and looked somewhat better, maaaaybe then I would of voted at least Uncool but yeah @RandomCarGuy17 also got the game right, that is exactly where I seen this car, the only place, e.v.e.r.

Maybe once my car gets polled, I might suggest the Charger R/T concept, just for ***** 'n giggles. :sly:

I'm going to guess that the story of this is that on the last day of designing this concept, the lead designer took his artwork home, and his 4 year old saw it and decided to do a drawing of it. The next day, the designer was in a rush, grabbed what he thought was the original design, and submitted it to the engineers to build without noticing it was actually his son's drawing. We'll never know if the original design was any good, but somewhere out there is a professionally designed Dodge concept stuck to the fridge, along with a very strained father-son relationship. SU

The only decent concept they did with the reverse rake a-pillar was the Razor.

This one is serious uncool.

Must have been designed by a blind man. SU.

I'm also seeing some future Chrysler 300 on the rear but the rest...blegh.

Nope, just the guy responsible for the New Beetle, TT, best-looking A6, and the crazy Viper-engined bike.

Haha, like the photoshopped mess you've used for the pic. Very good.

So, what does it really look like?

What!?

Uncool. It would be SU but for the fact they had the balls to reveal it, which deserves something.

PT Cruiser's older brother was hit by a very large ugly stick, big enough for me to accept the PT as ok.

SU.

Some people have their own terrible first days.
I see that even car designers can fail at designing a new car. But still a big letdown in his design though. As @SlipZtrEm mentioned earlier that Freeman Thomas made the New Beetle, Audi TT, Audi A6, and the Dodge Tomahawk. You'd think that all of his designs should be great right but nope. The Super8 Concept damaged his portfolio.

But now he's working with Ford.

it did become Chrysler 300C and Dodge Charger/Challenger/Moby Dick/Land Yacht. Seriously Uncool.

What. Just what. They really did 🤬 up what was supposed to be a throwback to '50s cars.

Seriously Uncool.

Looks like the result of a sordid meeting in some back alley between a Charger, 300C, Spyker, Citroen Cactus and some ride out of Fallout 4. Interesting concept engine drags it up to Uncool.
