Interesting styling, but interestingly doesn't particularly stay true to the original FJ LandCruisers.

Indeed, I've mostly seen them as a soccer mum's car, which means it's one of the least cool vehicles on the road. Also has no diesel engine option which isn't particularly useful for our climes.

Using that as a soccer mums car would be the most useless thing ever without a proper 4 door layout, nearly everyone I've seen in Oz has been ARB modified.

It's a proper off road vehicle though, I would still call it a Landcruiser even though technically it's a hilux SUV(like the prado)

I've sort of liked them for a while, as a guilty pleasure, but I've always seen them driven almost exclusively by either soccer moms (odd and unexpected), or dudebros (less surprising). It's the choice for those that wanted an Xterra, but wished it had some sort-of retro styling.
