I'm sorry, but I can't think of any Malaysian cars from the 21st century that are even remotely cool. Those specs are atrocious.

However, the mildly sporty looks just save it from being SU, so it'll go for a very, very low uncool.

The outside says teenager, the inside says pensioner. Not for me.
But if it were 200KG lighter, with a snappy 6 speed box, then I'd say cool.
As it is, uncool for me.

I admire Proton for trying to function on their own. They can be proud for having their own engines and more than enough products in the lineup. Quality of their products will increase gradually, it can't happen over the night. I would like to try the Suprima S, it looks appealing...

The Satria GTi was indeed a better looking car, let alone it had more favourable power-weight ratio. The Neo CPS is visually too bulky for this class of cars and the car's low power. A/C controls should have been positioned a bit higher, this is ergonomically not a good solution. Meh.

It looks like a Citroen Saxo with some body kit on it. Really, the styling is making me think of a late 90s Saxo. Not just that, it also makes me think of one of those hatchbacks I've driven in Burnout 3 Takedown. Lastly, it's made to look like a crazy ultra hot hatch with that silly bodykit, but its performance upgrades don't match the silliness of the bodykit at all. That means it's misleading people. For that and the styling comments, uncool!

I like how it looks but it is just too much of a sheep in wolf's clothing. I'm sure it's by no means a slow car but promises more and needs something in the region of 150-200 horses to complete the package and push it up to Cool. So Meh it is.

It's a great looking thing in person, almost like a rally car. Interior is 🤬. Not only is it spartan and old fashioned, but the materials feel like they've come straight out of the 80s. The driving position is odd too, I'm only 5'8" and my head was just scraping the headliner unless I slouched or reclined the seat.

Uncool

Its got less power then the Satria GTI made 10 years before it, it also weighs more.

My regular Mazda 2 1.5L would eat this alive SU.
