Back at what? Voting?
Grandea beat me to it. He's done this before, where many people voted SU and he voted SZ. I know he's entitled to his own opinion but it seems fishy.

Were Nissan drunk? Or was there a ricer in their design office who said "Yeah, let's put this up for sale". Either way, this is one of the stupidest cars ever. Seriously uncool.

SU. A bit ashamed to say one was considered (however briefly) to replace the Pilot.

I'd like to meet the human who thought this was a good idea and I'd also like to meet the human who green lighted the project.

What the hell were they smoking?

SU.

And here, I simply voted Subzero just to see what the fuss was about.
That's fine by me, you gave the reason why you chose to vote that. But when people vote against the majority and give no reason, it makes me think that they're fooling around or trying to annoy people. Just my thoughts.

I still think it's seriously uncool, but this nomination is such an obvious bid to stuff a car down the toilet on the wall.
But this time it's actually something uncool, and not just an inexpensive and unassuming economy car getting flak for not being a quick and stylish enthusiast-mobile. :P

Indeed. It is so incredibly, utterly bad that one has to wonder what mountains had to be moved to get it off the ground.

But still... even if the execution fails so spectacularly in all aspects (and this is speaking as someone who loves the Juke), you've got to admire the guts Nissan had in foisting this thing on an unsuspecting public. Other big failures, like the Pontiac Aztek or the Rolls Royce Camargue, at least aimed for a market segment with some promise. The Murano CC aimed squarely at a market segment that did not exist... and if it did exist... would have immediately dissolved as buyers fled to the Jeep showroom to buy a new Wrangler.

So... yes... terrible... but the more I look at it, the more I want to drive it... just for the stories I could tell about driving around in the stupidest car ever built.

I guess this is what happens when someone nominates a car for the sake of sending something to hell: you wind up drumming some people who want to drive it ironically. Even though it isn't the goal of the cool wall to find a car so universally hated by the community so something will occupy the "Hell" spoiler tag on the cool wall, it's still interesting to see the attempts to do so.

I feel many people in this thread already stated my thoughts on this car. It's a hideous execution on a car that already begs the question "what's the point?" To be honest, the designs on most of the new Nissans have been varying degrees of "bleugh" (except the GT-R, Pathfinder, and Titan which look okay). The worst of them for me have been the Murano and the Juke.

Seriously Uncool.

I'd troll daily in one wearing something stupid like a wizard hat, a lucha libre mask or Cyclops-style glasses.

But Seriously Uncool of course.

Following the unexpected success of the Nissan Juke, Nissan felt the need to put this out,
This makes it sound like they were deliberately trying to make an unsuccessful crossover. Then again, it's an Americanised Micra C+C so they probably were.

It wasn't that bad of an idea, and I applaud Nissan for having the balls to do it. But the execution was so bad I'm not giving them credit for their idea. It's like convincing your wife to get a dog instead of a cat, and then getting a chihuahua.

Seriously Uncool.
