While I'll take a look to see if there's a full room around 7:30 EST, and I'd like to pop in and race if your not filled up. I wouldn't be racing to win as I have not practiced, so dont worry about lil' old me being a big threat.

would love to have you. I'm expecting about 8-9 drivers as of now, but we will see. Anyone is welcome.

Andrew and I won't dissapoint. We won't win, or probably finish out of the bottom two, but we'll have a great race.

Goshh... my internet connection suddenly restarted and ended the race for me
Hope to have better luck on next race

PSN: A_Pexter
Car: BMW V12 LMR..... for the win* 👍

I would have liked to continue with the Nissan RC92 Race Car on your original specs but seeing as how you removed it from the original post I'm not sure if you want to get rid of it or? I can switch to the Toyota Minolta then. In fact, if races stay on Wed. and the specs are not changing week to week (Bermuda Kid's specs are a time tested formula, why would they need to change all that much?) then I will switch the the Minolta and continue racing here. Weekends are tough for me from a distraction standpoint, so that's a no go.

Well we had a wide range of people in the room from those running on medium tires to somebody who wanted boost turned on! I hope for some calmer races, with mics off the minimize distraction. Communication is aided by only the host typing and people only typing if they have a question. With mics on the room quality can take a hit. I remember the old Formula GT championship and constant lag with every race (mics on). Compare that to now with Immortal Pilot's F1 series and its night VS day as far as lag is concerned.

Yes you can use the Nissan at those specs. And basically everything you suggested is happening for next Wednesday.

man this sucks... I missed the first race (just came back from Vacation).... hopefully I will be able to catch up 25 points off the leader.... man its going to be a challenge.

Well we certainly would like to have you for the upcoming events. And it's a competitive series, the gap from first to 4th is almost nonexistent, so points are there to be had. Each car has it's strengths and weaknesses, and if you use the Audi your strong tracks are definitely still upcoming.

One of the most balanced spects for prototype cars is the ones used in the WEC series that runs saturdays, it's in another forum post, look it up!

The specs in this series are extremely well balanced. Edit: I have raced in their series and the LMP specs are ok, but a few of the cars are murdered, while the 908 is overpowered.

Hey! Don't say that in front of there stewards...... XD
But i wont say the 908 is overpowered in therms of braking an handling, it does the same times as the others.
It is overpowered cause is the easiest and more stable car to drive and one can be very, very consistant with it.... And almost spin free, compared to all the others LMP's noy mention its bracking capabilities, it's insane!!

I'd say on the straights it has a bit of a large advantage, at least it did when I raced. No worries, not my series to run. If you ever want to give our series a try, just say the word.

Jake I got your message, better yet, I found my GT5 after going a summer without it. Sadly, I can't do in the week, especially Wednesdays. If this were a weekend series like it used to, I could. Plus several moths without GT5 would mean I'd have a lot of resharpening to do.

Good luck guys.

DC's marking up the top 5 this week. We'll get a solid connection for next week to host.

Razor and I both disconnected in the final 5 laps of the race. Skuda DC'ed as well. 2 to 3 other drivers lagged. The problem is that I mandated all drivers to turn off their mics except for CJBMX and Razor as series co-leaders, and nobody listened. All DC's happened during heavy mic usage by people who were told to turn them off. Because of this DC'ed drivers will receive slightly more than the usual half point received by late disconnects.

Points updated tomorrow.

Hey, Seth said he had to run 560hp too, so he was down on pace he said. The room settings had the hp max 560 but the 88CV is 564hp.

Just saw the replay and can confirm that fresh was striken with bad luck with the laggers.

Also sticky fingers rage quit, while jake, razor and ace d/c

The mics should just be disabled for the room. The host doesn't use them, why should everybody else? Anyways, in GT6 if the connections are better you can go back to blaring your Michael Jackson for everyone to hear while people are trying to do a race.

My car had to be at 562 even though it was meant for it to be 564. Probably didn't slow me down at all but still psychologically makes you feel slower.
