Why would you limit what cars are to be used? That's not what it's about.

I think that anyone who doesn't comply with the regulations or goes against the spirit of the series should be subject to the kinda-harsh "F you" penalty that I proposed. It would require that person to add 200 KG to their car and take the power down to 50%.
