GTP Members Online Racing

Are you tired of the crashfests online (that is if there is anyone online). Guess what....so are a lot of us. This thread is open to everyone who wants to have friendly racing with fellow GTP members, with the aim of CLEAN and FAIR racing.

The idea is to post your lobby you plan to have, with a date and time when you will be online, and for any GTP members then to join.

A simple format to follow:
1) your PSN
2) date and time you plan to race
3) car (class and PI )
4) circuit (s)
5) event type
6) time of day
7) views
8) DLC required

If anyone then wish to join, inform the host, post your PSN and the host can send you a friends invite. Once the lobby is open, the host invite you, you join and Bob's your uncle.

I think this thread can be useful for friendly online racing, especially during the week, when the different time zones are a problem 👍

I think I ll officially crown myself the fastest moron on earth. I made the fastest lap almost everytime but won like 1 race cause in all the others I hit someone or went off... Sheesh, from now on you can really call me Montoya81, guys!

But for my first real try with a GT1 car it really was a lot of fun with y all! Nice drive, that Mazzarutteee. But I really need to rework my Aston GT3 tune, I had zero grip on the front end. Woohooohoooos at Eau Rouge guaranteed!

same here , i got wiped out in every race think i must have had a big magnetic target on the back of my cars At one point i was second ( in the first or second race i think ) and had one more corner to go , whereby i span off all by myself without any help

Enjoyed it all immensely though ,and i definately need more of this so i can get some practise in , like i said in another post i'd much rather practise with real people 👍

We need mics guys , i'm sick of talking to myself , the wife thinks i'm a nutter

yeah get a mic so we can have a laugh , my time with FPS games in particular BC2 introduced me to the mic online , and i've used it ever since 👍

Muso, in the Zee household everything is a compromise. After much deliberation at breakfast it was decided that I could take over the Logitech one we have, on the condition I buy my sons the fancy COD Black Ops one. For my own safety and protection, I bought the Black Ops one

Like to participate, but have not really driven any FWD cars in NFS S2U, so I will probably be slow. I take the GTI is the Golf? Bone-stock config? Logitech USB headset w-mic should work right? Never gone online with NFS S2U before.

You can use any Class D car. Most of them are FWD though, but very forgiving on the Ring. I am sending you a friends request...you are welcome to join. It does not matter if you are fast or slower, this is just fun racing 👍

If he never used the mic with the PS3 before, he should go to sound settings menu( in the XMB before starting the game) and select the mic as audio in and out for it to work.

What's in the menu have You got something for us or is it gonna be decided on the fly?

Going to do the GP tracks (and Spa) with B and C class cars and the Ring with a class D 👍
