Ran this on the final lap of my race with L_Hamilton last night... couple of tenths quicker than my previous best.

JvM settings (cheers mate 👍).

Here is mine, notice my brakes flash on @ Dunlop, G25 brake pot is faulty. New Wheel on its way.

Hey Dan, MAY was just telling me how his wheel is faulty too.:lol: I know that Paulie's is faulty too. G25's.... DFGT is the way to go.:sly::lol:
 
my pedals and wheel are not in the right shape.. i would say 90%!?!?!?? :lol: its not my fault its the wheel fault :lol:

1'49.862 | GTP_timeattack (D1 Gold) TA tune

Here's my rather unorthadox tune to get this pig to fly :lol: The gearing is set-up moreso for freerun...you may want to adjust it a bit for race trim. Be careful if you re-gear the car though, as the gearing is extremely critical to a good lap time with this cars peaky powerband. Use 1st gear only at the hairpin. Use 2nd gear for T1, T4 and all of the slow turns in the last sector 👍

You ARE right about the gears, in my testing (Myself and others), the gears are the part of the tune, along with shift point, that make the biggest difference. The rest can make it faster. But hey, at least you aren't flying off the track. :P

Tell me this much - Did you at least have fun driving the Lancia?

Chunkee, that's a fantastic lap! Well done mate.

I am however only adding usernames now from people who are involved in the GTP Event 03 races, also useful because they have divisional references for people just getting to grips with the car to know where they should be aiming.

You should run the GTP qualifier, on this evidence you'd be a top division driver :cheers:

Are you kidding? I had more fun driving the Art Morrison than most cars I've ever driven.:D I'm yet to drive and tune the Lancia.

Edit: My first attempt seems quite slow already.:(

@Kevin : The Art Morrison was truly difficult to drive but towards the end when we had gotten used to it, it was immensely satisfying to get it right. The Lancia is slow but much better for actual racing, a much simpler drive but possibly even harder to squeeze out the last few tenths (as always with Fuji). You're doing a great job mate and we all appreciate your efforts to not just roll out the same old car/track combos that people run on a daily basis anyway. If it wasn't for your combos and WRS, I'd never have driven the range of cars I have like the AM vette. It feels great to say I drove that, drove it fast, without mistakes and had some fun :cheers:
