Why would you want larger tires?
Maybe smaller tires, slightly bigger wheels and wider, and widen the stance with some spacers!

Yap already done , non - edited , btw do VIPs gotta have 10 camber ? It looks even more stupid on IFS than Miata and the ISF video on OP doesn't seem to have 10 camber ...

Any amount is allowed in a set. Just recommended you pic ONE picture for judging is what most people forget.
The Judging picture should show the car's stance.. no turned wheels etc.
But thats what's recommended eddy

All I can say is please stick to the theme and impress me with something VIP!

Honestly, it doesn't look too good. I have quite a lot of experience with Photoshop. I guess you could call me an average editor. Anyway, about the wheels. They look fake, you need to get the shadows right and the front wheel isn't in correct position. Other than that, it's a good try. Just keep working.
