Fresh As Flush Event Report.

Well last night 21/4/12 was the first ''Fresh As Flush'' Event.

Good :

Full room most of the night 16/16 so happy with that, better than i was expecting tbh.
Good quality standard of cars for the first turn out.
Was able to enjoy it myself not having to keep kicking people.
Good chat between members , commenting on each others cars,style,etc.
Cruises was ok , room for improvement but ok.
Able to see how the event would progress in future and gain idea's from first one.

Bad :

Still had a some trying to use X1,Veyron,etc.Was kicked asap.
Need help running the lobby as more than 16 was trying to get in so more lobby's needed.
Certan people didn't show , but oh well.
I was late by 20mins getting lobby up due to GF , don't ask long story.
Some members was lagging which didn't help matters.


Sumarry :

Well all in all the event went well in my eyes , there's room for improvement for future events but as this was the first i'm happy to hold more in the future.

Planned Improvements :

More rooms created by sub-hosts of the event.
Better planning needed.
Ideas of tasks/things to do for members in the lobby.
Better planning of the cruises such as times,speed limit,gapping,etc.

I missed the meet due to work but I am glad it went well enough to do again..
One suggestion is for cruising/car shows
...avoid the high speed tracks..people will inevitably try to outrun each other ..try tracks that can be fun at low speeds like Tokyo and ssrt5..
now events are a bit tricky...
once a room is full there should be a limited time for everyone to get in a car and used to the track.. then maybe start a 1 lap race for cruising at a set speed limit for replay/photos... then you can branch it off into drag/drift/show...I like to have all going on at once on different parts of the track.. giving everyone room to do whatever suits them and making good use of time... people who drift may want to do 1 or two drags or just park it and chat.. and vice versa... I hope this was useful and I hope to get in on the next one... now someone post some pics of this event so I can check out those sweet rides

That Report sounds like it went good, thanks for keeping us updated, I was one of the few that couldn't make it in the end as it was full so yes, it would be a good idea if there was a secondary host.
