My list in no order whatsoever... though of if push came to shove, I'd say Tom Hanks as my favorite actor and Jodie Foster as my favorite actress. Except I'm mad at her because she still won't return any of my calls.

They all beat out: Edward Norton, Al Pacino, Gweneth Paltrow, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson, Samual L. Jackson, Jeff Bridges, Paul Newman. Tommy Lee Jones, Ed Harris and Anthony Hopkins.

Pretty much the same list for me, with the addition of Depp (he can play any role thrown at him and do it well.. Arizona - Sleepy Hollow - Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas)

Yup, forgot about him (probably because of the enthusiasm level of my girlfriend when she sees one of his movies... :irked: ), but nonetheless, you're right, he kicks ass.

Also forgot Robin Williams, Nicolas Cage, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Tommy Lee Jones. It's hard to pick only 10...

He's just so much fun to watch. I'm not basing this on pure acting ability. I'm throwing in a mix of comidic value and plain old charisma - which he's got lots of.

She was good in Beautiful Mind. She was also very good in House of Sand and Fog (which two of my other actors are nominated from). She had a semi-dull role in Dark City that she did well with. Again, the charisma has something to do with it, but I'd say she can definitely act.
