Ha the first one I took because I was actually viewing the replay to see if I had actually gone off when I noticed the guy in the background staring at me.

Second one is "clean" in the sense of the rules, but the car is most definitely dirty

• The finalists consist of the 10 pictures that receive the most likes during the submission period. In this case, there were two pics tied for 10th with 19 likes so there are 11 finalists.
• Please view each image in it's full size by using the link (or click on the image) before voting.
• Use the thread poll to place your vote for best picture.
• Do not campaign or attempt to sway votes.
• In the event of a tie, the number of likes in the preliminary round will be the deciding factor.

I see... misunderstood the rules completely, I thought it was going to be 10 pictures for each combo in the finals. So there will be only one winning picture, then, to represent the whole qualifier?

Yes, one winner. We will still use other photos for the various threads and pick from the finalists first. It worked out pretty well that the finalists split was 6/5 for the two combos.

It's funny to see that I've put rambo's shot in the final. I voted for his shot and he got 1 more like than I did :/ In a Photomode competition, that wouldn't happen.

With all honesty...but you must be kidding.

Anyone with a bit of sense and criteria can see that there is some poor shots and some good ones.

Yes. Being positive and encouragins is good.

But I can't put the last 2 shots (for example) in the same bag. I don't want to be picky or harsh but there are shots that dont deserve to win. I'm beeing honest with everyone: those who produced a good shot and those who didin't.

Well I like mine the most (a bit biased) but since @Manuelos impressed the hell out of me during all of his WRS photoshoots in GT5:tup:, I'm voting for his excellent Willows photo. @poolhaas's colorful backfiring in the BMW is a close 2nd for me.

2 of my favorites shots didn't even make into the poll.

Shame mine got excluded (don't know why) but there are some awesome shots in the final group and my vote has to go to that awesome shot at Willows from @Manuelos 👍

I quite agree with @zzz_pt here. There's quite a bit of "bias" going around here where voting is concerned as is quite evident to any one with an eye for what looks good and what doesn't.
Maybe it's a sense of familiarity, or perhaps the fact that a shot was featured in the "rewind" that makes it worthy of more votes; whatever it might be, voting around here is flawed, and far behind the standard that carries on in the photomode section of these here forums.

I realise you are entitled to your opinion but you really need to be careful, this is just a bit of fun for a bunch of guys who normally spend their time glued to steering wheels squeezing hundredths of seconds from a lap time... ease up with your negativity please, we (I) chose the photo that was most pleasing to me it was not about photo perfection!

Not everyone in WRS are photomode fans, or editing enthousiast, and everyone have different preference, i think its judging too quickly, Manuelos picture is really nice. i personaly dont like pics that have editing, that does not mean i (or anyone) have a biaised opinion.
