We changed the fetchbot so that you only have to post the sector times now, not the added up T times.

You'll want to adjust your post so you don't end up all the way at the bottom of the board with a T3 of more than 2 minutes.

I hit my "happy" target (just), but lacking the consistency at the moment. I found myself not actually braking earlier when I thought I was trail braking, shows how used to the DFGT pedals my feet are. Going to have to work on that! Nice combo, but you do have to spend quite a bit of time to get in to a session.

Using BB of 7/5 in the end.

Made it in with less than 1 minute to spare, lol. I didn't realize GMT was so far ahead of PST, and only had 34 minutes from checking the website, to turn on the PS3, log in to the GTP account and run a few laps to leave me with enough time to get back to the computer and submit my time! And of course, I saved the ghost this time, not the replay

How did you change the BB on the arcade car? Is it available thru the DFGT live settings button??

I was the opposite interestingly, F:5 R:7. I found it helped with turn in, especially as I found to be using very late turn in and apex during the second half of the lap.

If you go into controller options you can map buttons to change the RA functions, there you can change BB, TCS, ABS etc

EDIT: I see you using a DFGT, so yeah just press the circular button on the right with the arrow on it to access the in race settings.

I set my DS3 to use RA functions in the GT5 options, then I just press PS button when I'm in the time trial and set it to controller 1 (otherwise it doesn't work) and then fiddle away with the BB.

Owen, I found a stronger front brake helped me at the bottom of the two hills. Much more consistent through the last two sectors for my driving.

Interesting, I think I just got into the habit of moving the BB rearwards.

A question to the people who have problems submitting. Do you write anything else in the message aside from the time? I've had no problems in either week and I've just written the Time: X'XX.XXX line, nothing else. No cheers, no best regards no signature

i submitted time only but i think the problem was the space between the "time" and the ":".
eg : Time: x'xx.xxx

Careful, I don't think you're allowed to say that per this rule:

Important notices:
To streamline the WRS administration process, all required replays for this race must be submitted within 7 days. This thread will be listed as "Provisional" and will become "Official" once all posted replays have been verified. After 7 days, all drivers who fail to provide a requested replay will have their lap disqualified. (Beware: disqualification isn't taken lightly within the WRS.)
Drivers who do not have a submitted lap posted in the results are not to post any information related to a laptime they might have achieved in the results thread. Any such posts will have the times removed.

As for the time thing, that does suck, but that's why they recommend you copy/paste the format and then insert your own numbers. Silly mistake, and trust me I know, I made one this week too. At least there's no penalty for skipping a week, so no harm done.
