Slight improvement, now to string 3 laps together.

T1, 21.765
T2, 17.604
T3, 18.476

Really fun combo

T1: 21.485
T2: 17.509
T3: 18.330

I guess this is a DS3 hater week, Every small turn in the stick loses a lot of speed ...

They are all DS3 hater weeks. ;)

I use a wheel, 90% of the participants use a wheel, and none of our active admin staff use a DS3.

MadMax86 is on staff and a former master of the pad, but even he has come to the dark side and managed a promotion to D1 for his efforts.

I do always keep our lower divisions and pad users in mind when testing, at least from a standpoint of the difficulty of the combo. If this combo was only for wheel users from the top of D3 and higher, I would have put it on Comfort Tires, probably with the same compound split.

Man talk about tire balance, this combo is a great call. This thing sets such great slides and then just leaves the corner straight, drifting this FF pile is a hoot and three laps of it will be a balancing act as well as a consistancy challenge 👍

T1: 22.070
T2: 18.023
T3: 19.379

Three laps !?.......

Brings back fond memories of Week 21, where the top 4 in D3 were separated by less than 0.1, after 3 laps on Autumn Ring Mini. That was fun, even though I was 4th place :D, despite putting in over 12hrs on the combo.

Couple more laps...

T1: 21.496
T2: 17.459
T3: 18.293

Not sure if I understand this correctly.

-4- Watch your replay in replay theater and write down the splits from your fastest lap and final time from both laps. These can be found in the "Live Timing Monitor" screen

Is this supposed to say "all three laps" or am I missing something?

What a rythym track, this car is very predictable and consistant.

T1: 21.787
T2: 17.767
T3: 18.685

Yah :) made it to the 1 second club

my first splits

21.796
17.679
18.733

21.875
17.762
18.428

Almost filled my leaderboard now :)

Already getting addicted to shaving tenths of my time. Great Tire balance for this car.

21.736
17.524
18.640

57.900 :sly:

you last two guys better put in your signature what you are using for driving in order to have wrs.gtplanet.netthis site better looking and full database 👍

Yes, Daniel, you have it correct (all three laps). Most likely a copy-n-paste error from a previous mulit-lap week where there were only 2 laps.

Not feeling to well in this car, never have liked any of the Renault's. Here are my first sub-par split's.

T1- 21.968
T2- 18.011
T3- 18.797

Also the leaderboard is showing the Clio.

End of year parties and shopping this week, will opt out of this one.

Ok, I know I can do WAY better but this is my first run at it
Traction Control (3)
T1: 22.341
T2: 18.104
T3: 18.762

I like this track AND this car ;)

Just got to get back used to sliding after driving that VW...

Second attempt, this time with traction control

T1: 22.136
T2: 18.048
T3: 18.937

I may give this track a shot with the wheel later... I like these kinds of tracks with the wheel (no REALLY sharp corners)

And I think last run for today, so at least I know I can run a lap in this range at least... lol.. I thought I could do it!

T1: 22.157
T2: 17.790
T3: 18.600

Put in a much better run this time with all three lap's beating the best I could do earlier. Though I still am stuck with this car being better on cold tires than when they warm up.

T1- 21.882
T2- 17.503
T3- 18.699

I noticed that too... My first lap has ALWAYS been my best in all 3 tries I have had at this thus far

A lot of us found the same thing when we ran 3 laps in the Mini at Autumn Ring Mini in wk21. Then, my first two laps were within 0.002 of each other, but I lost 0.31 on lap three. Others were more consistent than me, and that is part of the challenge - managing the car over the three laps.

One thing that did occur to me this week given the long straight is to adjust the brake bias in the RA menu before starting the third lap to help dial out any balance changes due to tyre temp. I tried it at Autumn Ring, but crashed as the straight wasn't long enough

Yeah, I still have a few more days to balance out consistency.... But first you got to find the feel for that hot-lap... I just gave up for the day on trying to push it more (just for the day though) as I have had more than a few drinks in by this point and would be no good at holding a line anymore.

I tried the wheel and though my T1 was ALMOST as second less, I couldnt hold a straight line to save my life on the wheel... again, the DS3 pulled through and I had the T2 and T3 because of it... Got to keep working at this combo though as I LOVE both the track and the car!!!

Sorry, but I am a circuit driver not a city driver ;)

Interesting, but i have been finding the opposite to be true for myself. My third lap has always been faster than the first 2 so far.

First try

22.118
18.176
19.103

22.171
18.085
18.938
