**** it. Over 1,000 miles, countless oil changes, and absolutely no discernible difference in overall times. I think I might just have to accept my position at the back of the pack :/
This is such a deadly combo! It seems like, for me at least, it's either make an improvement in the GP section, then slowly gain it back in the Nord, or take it easy through the GP section, then lose it in the Nord. For some reason, I just can't push myself any harder for the entire lap!
Irritating too, considering that I have a dirty lap that's a full 2 seconds quicker than my current submission! I just had to let my ego get the best of me, and flattened the throttle a microsecond too early at Aremberg, causing me to run the tiniest bit wide into the grass! I saved it and finished the lap pretty strong, and I even thought it might have been clean, but review showed all 4 tires in the grass (haha!).
