Interest Check for a 3rd Timeslot for Online Races

We have seen some interest from racers in Australia and New Zealand for our online races recently. :gtpflag:

Please let us know below if you could regularly attend a Thursday night timeslot for racing our weekly races. This would start around 8pm for East Australia and around 10pm for New Zealand (10am GMT).
Some late-night Western US and some early morning EU racers might also show up. 💡

This web site is handy for visualizing the time differences: http://www.timeanddate.com/time/map/

And also for converting the time for you http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20140109T20&p1=152

If interest builds quickly and we can get at least 5 racers plus our Australian steward @jtv90069, this could start this week on Jan 9 for GTP WRS-Online (*GT6*): Event 120 : Mountaineering V2.0

Thanks Lucas .

Please note if a slightly later (+½/1 hour) suits more people, we can adjust accordingly.

If all goes well and I get selected for my new nightjob, then I will be a weekly contender in this timeslot....

Not sure what else can be done for eastern America. Our current NA time slot starts at 10pm(EST) Wednesdays and is faced with a similar issue as we are in Australia and New Zealand with a large gap between timezones.
The time I have suggested is still basically ruling out Western Australia(5pm), yet in New Zealand it's already late(10pm).

If I don't have lectures or work to do, I can probably make quite a few of these races 👍

@Animera, @Paulie, @Mad94d, @Nicko, @Small_Fryz Maybe something for you guys as well? :D (How are you guys doing???) Would be nice to have a little get together in these races with my OZ Prologue buddies :)

I am definitely interested in giving this a go! 👍

Thursday is not the best night for me but if we could move it back to say 8:30 or even better 9pm I am sure I could make it to a few of these races.

That said, I understand a 9pm start would mean an 11pm start for any Kiwis joining us... :guilty:

When I'm off school in the holidays it would be cool to race in the morning GMT this is a brilliant idea

If these do happen, this would give me a second race event in those times where my sleep schedule is way off, like it is right now.

Edit: Looks like it puts it at 5am for me.

I've signed up. Will try to keep up with you Bart, but nowadays the slipstream doesn't even help me!

Work has ramped up again, but once I'm past these deadlines I want to try attending the EU time slot during (a late) lunch, but it may be impossible for this East Coaster to ever race on Weds. The EU slot on a saturday or sunday would work nicely for me. Or any weekend races, really...:sly:

How about far East of the US, aka EST-friendly time slot? ;)

It kinda sucks for me because I would like to compete, but my job really is making it difficult. I have Wednesday mornings free from about 9 am est (-5 hrs GMT) until 2 pm est (-5 hrs GMT) I don't believe I can fit into any of these scheduled races :-(. I could do a weekend race, but that needs to wait until snowboarding season is up.
