Looking forward to my first WRS race tonight, and looking forward to being lapped many times.
If the WW race is anything to go by, I may be joining you at the back. :)

Congrats Les, Ian, and Pekka on the podiums, would have been interesting had the incident not occurred near the end. Great drive too, Patrick, +4. 👍

Indeed, and being the person responsible for said incident I wholeheartedly apologise for that badly thought through move on you Lucas, it's not the usual standard I like to set when I race!

Karma played it's part in this evenings race however, as I fell off on the very same corner...twice  Great fun tonight though, a great battle with Hasslemoff for a few laps...before I felI off!!

Finished 5th though, which I think is where I started, so not too bad a result all in all!

I was actually talking about Animera and MadMax coming together, which is what allowed Les to end with such a large lead. I *thought* it was somewhat close between the 3 of them till then, or at least...not 30sec.

You and me, naw I'm not bothered about that. But thanks for keeping it in mind and trying to learn from it. 👍

Had my first race in two months...I was better than a moving chicane...but not much. It's scary how much you lose when you stop for a long period of time. Love Willow not just BECAUSE but because its where I went to driving school for 5 weekends in 1971. See ya all tonight.

Hey guys,

I had quite fun racing yesterday though I only were able to finish in 8th place.👍

Especially on Willow Springs it seems hard for me as a DS3 user to keep up with all u wheel racers. Though sadly never having had the chance to tryout wheel racing I'm sure one is able to drive faster.

Furthermore I'm just beginning with online competitions after years of single player racing against the mostly stupid AI.
That might be a reason for me getting quite nervous hanging directly at the bumper of someone or having a car directly behind me. Unfortunately those situations created some faulty driving of mine and I went off track couple of times.
But even driving alone I was only capable of 1'34.xxx times which left me no chance to catch up.:irked:

Nevertheless I had some nice duels with @Nail-27 and @EWeinbauer in the first half of the race.:)

I recognized a message from @Nail-27 in Lobby Chat right after race end where he was talking about pushing off in last turn. I'm not sure if this was refering on my overtake on him as I slipped on the inside exactly that turn. But it seemed fair to me and I guess there was no contact though u might prove me wrong.

Anyways, I'm looking forward on upcoming events (hopefully no Willow Springs too soon as I still don't like this track:mischievous:) and hope to improve my skills and becoming more competitive.
:gtpflag:
