Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but if you put loads of rear ballast onto the rx-7 its PP jumps up to 543. Is this allowed or is it restricted to 542PP?

Haven't noticed this before. I'll ask some of the other stewards what we'll do with it. You'll hear from us a.s.a.p.

We're going to allow it.

It's unique to that car, if you change ballast position all across the range with either of the others, it does not change the PP. We're running the TT that allows for full tuning, and want to be consistent between the events as well.

I imagine @GTP_Dutchy will adjust the thread images and specs as soon as feasible, but feel free to run with that setting and the higher PP if you choose to.

Great to hear that this is gonna get going again! Sign me up again, although I'll probably miss the Red Bull Ring race.

Susgestion regarding the tracks that have been chosen , the GT300 is an japanese racing series , so why not run the races on japanese tracks where they belong , instead off 3 european tracks ? 3 european tracks really doesnt make any sence in my opinion .......

The original series with the full bracket had some other theme's aswell and did feature suzuka. The reason we did this has more to do with the nature of the races on those tracks. I.e we chose rbr as a first one because thats the track our idea started with the tripple mix part deux but mostly because its a bit easier track so it has some advantages to sprint races. The secon track is medium in difficulty and the last one in a bracket should be the hardest. The other themes were intercontinental tracks and great endurance tracks the reason we didn't include an japanse them is that at the time we made the championship the japanse tracks had recently been featured in wrs events so thats why we exculded them. Hope this clarifies why we chose these tracks.

Thank you for that dutchy , but too be hounest , was my suggestion mostly made because the 3 tracks chosen is all tracks where its possible too "cheat" going too wide and gain an advantage , and I have seen that been used way too much , so I just dont like them , so I just hope that there will be given penalty sec the first time , iff it happends , so ppl dont do it at all :-)

Standard Clean OLR Rules Apply:

  • Unless otherwise specified, all rules from the original WRS event apply.
  • You are expected to drive clean at all times as if you are racing in the WRS. All participants are required to follow the GTPlanet Online Racing Rules & Guidelines.
  • 3D3 Race Stewards (who are taking part in race, but will review the replay) reserve the right to kick out or invalidate the result of any driver from the Race Room for driving offensively. If you ignore any warnings from the stewards and are kicked out of the race room, you will not be allowed to participate in future 3D3 events.
  • Contact with walls should be avoided. Wall riding/bouncing to gain time will be penalized and/or can result in disqualification.
  • Rumble/ripple strips are part of the track
  • Runoff areas are not part of the track including green painted concrete.
  • Limit your contact with walls or objects, visible or invisible
  • No hybrids
  • No cheating of any kind
  • Nothing that goes against the spirit of the rules
Passing and Blocking: Aggressive blocking is not permitted, but the driver in front has the right to choose his/her line and braking point and drivers behind should respect that line. Be especially careful when you are on older tires than the competition as the speed difference may be significant. These events are "for fun" so just play nice and take a conservative rather than an aggressive approach when possible.

That's why we have the OLR, have a look at section 15.
