How do you guys experience this intro to the Podium vids?

You are absolutely right.
Also it seems there is a small typo in the intro aswell , reads Weekly Race Series: Week 30 / Flyin' Down Mulsanne

But no big deal

Edit and render and there you have a PAL,NTSC mixed video.

It looks like I got a little lead on the first turn, held it steady through T2 and then held on for dear life as Hydro closed almost the entire gap to the finish line.

Guess that's the benefit of entering Lefty's "31 Club".
