Thank you a lot!

Congrats to all the divisional winners and podiums

James, only :bowdown::bowdown:

Happy for my result even if i droped 5 places, but already knowed that my T3 was not a good one.
In the end improved my handicap and had a blast.
What a great week it was 👍

Thx for checking Sutuki
My last sector was rubish nut i'm happy With the time.

Very happy with my first WRS result. :) But I have 2 questions.
In the overall results list there are 4 lines for each division with a par, gold, silver and bronze time. Can someone explain to me what these times mean and how I should read them?

Overall Results:

>> Division 1: Par: 1'11.563 Gold: 1'11.663 Silver: 1'11.830 Bronze: 1'12.064
>> Division 2: Par: 1'12.065 Gold: 1'12.365 Silver: 1'12.699 Bronze: 1'13.066
>> Division 3: Par: 1'13.067 Gold: 1'13.367 Silver: 1'13.869 Bronze: 1'14.571
>> Division 4: Par: 1'14.572 Gold: 1'14.572 Silver: 1'15.908 Bronze: 1'18.582

And at the bottom of the handicapped results list there is a line with "Squeeze = 1.075 Scoot = -0.060". What does this mean?

Handicapped Results:

(Settings: Weight = 1.000 Squeeze = 1.075 Scoot = -0.060)

In each division, Gold times are those between Par and Gold (cutoff), Silver are between Gold and Silver, and Bronze are between Silver and Bronze.

Weight is the default weight that the event generates when applied to the driver's handicap. The qualifier has a weight of 2.000. Most "off-road" events have a weight of 0.500.

Squeeze is a multiplier that is applied to the handicap curve. Higher values lead to a steeper curve.

Scoot is a time that is added to the "zero par" value, which moves the entire curve but does not change it's shape.

These two values are used to find a "best fit" of the submissions and their handicaps, to the existing handicaps of the participants.

I think my brain just exploded. :scared: I know creating video games requires a lot of math skills, but playing them??? :dunce: I am horrible with numbers, so I'll just leave the math to you guys.

(the difference between and nerd and a geek is math...nerds love it, geeks hate it...I'm a geek) :P

Well, that would make me a nerd then, and a proud one at that.

You don't need to understand the math behind the handicap calculations to be able to enjoy the competition, but some people really want to know how it works "under the covers."

For everyone else, just know this:
- a negative handicap result means you did better than expected
- a positive handicap result means that you didn't meet the potential earlier results indicate you were capable of (or that your competition did better than expected)

Your handicap should drop over time, and promotions will follow.

As long as we're sharing, here's one from an early lap. I spent an hour looking at this trying to find the right angle, stop point, etc. Good practice and I'm happy to share the replay if someone else wants to have some time on something to nitpick. It is 100% clean by the way. :D

Hope this 2nd post doesn't mess the board up, but I am posting in the correct format now.

I believe all required-check replays have been checked, and the flags will propagate to the leaderboard when we get Fetchy fixed. Joost is hacking on Fetchy as we speak. 👍

Gayle, the 3 replays you checked did not require checking, so I think it ignores your green flag in that case. Maybe we'll change them manually.

39 of 39 required checks are done.

Reason for my remark is that they still show a "?" mark on the replay which indicates to me that they still need to be verified and not verification not needed!! I understand how busy you have been with the Leader Board and appreciate your efforts.
OK, I clicked on the "?" marks and read the message (verification not needed), sorry for the Senior moment!! All is well now.........

Sorry for the delay, but here's my video in glorious iPhone quality!

Changing the quality to 1080p is recommended from me.

Video quality was very good!! Nice smooth fast run Lad, you make it look too easy. It told me gear selections were ok, but entry and exit with throttle response was not..........Nicely done!!!
