Decided to give this a try

27.567
1:00.434

One thing I've noticed about GT6 vs PC sims is that there is far less room for error in GT6. I'm always so on edge that it immediately loses all grip if I deviate from the line slightly. I think this is also why I find overtaking cleanly very difficult in this game.

Behind the curve again. No wonder why I rejected this car in the Career Championship MR:

28.137
1'01.587

I'm expecting a mid-3 handicap out of this.

This car really has to be hustled, actively driven. If you are not ready to steer with the throttle, don't show up. :)

Having driven it since Prologue helps, I think. There were only about 50 cars on GT5P, and we ran 107 events. The 512BB got used 3 times, including for the last combo on Prologue, when it was voted by registry members as the car to use for the last event.

That was after PD delayed the release of GT5, causing us to have to run more events than originally planned.

Lovely car, but couldn't string it all together in one lap...

Submitted, good luck to everyone!

This is more pronounced with the Beastly Boxer and Sports Soft tires. On Comfort tires it's more "forgiving". :mischievous:
OTOH i have no idea about PC sims. :dunce:

Some great battles all over the divisions 👍 Same old story for me... never got another chance since my last update :(

I just submitted and I have a super close call at 15.5 secs into my lap but after using every camera angle and pause point in the replay I couldn't find a definitive snap to say it was off... but its as close as I ever submitted!! :P I didn't want to be a no show so it's all I have tbh... I'm pretty sure it's clean and hanging onto the rumbles by a pubic hairs width but that's up to others to decide now :)

Was a nice and tricky combo anyway! Good luck to all in the results

In case my banzai run doesn't turn out, I submitted my slow lap.

PSN is down in the US at the moment, so the run may not have my PSN id on it. Good thing Fetchy knows who I am (the backmarker).

Submitted my time with current splits. Only put about an hour into the combo, just wanted to see how I stack up after not playing GT6 for like 6 months or so.

Fresh offline splits:

27.950
1'01.167

Over a half-second at the line.

Post-deadline edit - All is right with the world - congrats @Doodle on taking the first TT of 2016.
