edit. question , how do you guys get such correct sector times (00,000) ?
When in replay, turn the details to "All", then pause the replay. (At least I'm pretty sure that's required, and is useful either way, since it brings up the gauges).

With the replay still paused, use the "Forward" arrow to advance to the next split. Your sector times for each split will show in the middle of the screen so you can write them down.

Racing tyres are ok with this car. :P

In the first insanecane (lane?) I keep fifth and speedo goes to 139, then I climb the rest of the hill flat out. Third gear in the long right, easy on the throttle, then brake for the blind left in fifth gear at the very least before the concrete rumble ends. After the next fast left comes a third gear left. Rest of the track I'm still very much figuring out, and nothing is refined after a small number of laps.

Done for now. Extra programming in S2 and in S3 hit the inside kerb coming into the tunnel. And that last sector is where the most now lies.

I'm really regretting the fact I haven't done much on this track. I don't even know why I don't race this track much considering it's probably the best looking track PD has ever done and is a blast to drive. At least I'll get plenty of experience there this week.

I ran some laps to learn the track, I didn't come close to anything worth posting though.

Anyone else notice the unique feature of the Matterhorn tracks? That feature being the spectators walk around a bit. Matterhorn are the only tracks I have noticed this occurring at. Occasionally, you will even see what appears to be team members as they are all dressed the same (in red) and wearing gloves.

Having thought shifting down to 4th in the second part of the sector 1 complex was quicker, decided to try staying in 5th all the way through till the hairpin at the top of the hill...compared both in the data logger...both laps were within half a tenth of each other at the point where I was shifting to 4th but were 6.5 tenths apart in favour of staying in 5th when I braked for the hairpin! So, with that improvement added to a PB final sector gave me not far off a second time gain today.

Only ended up running 2 clean laps today out of about 40 attempts as those were the only 2 where I managed to get through the first half of sector 1! Don't know what has happened for me to suddenly be unable to get through it as yesterday I could get cleanly through every few laps...just weirdness. Did manage to get a sub-52 s2 split on my last complete lap but made a mess of the last sector to finish way behind the ghost...still got time to find as I am not happy with a few places

Edit: Come on my fellow D2 drivers....I cannot have a green sector by my name..that is not how things work!!

Have seen a 25.4××.. & on the same lap a 51.6××.. but threw it off the road on the last right before the tunnel.. My fastest lap has slow sector times.. becoming a bad habbit of mine..

Keep at it..I'm sure that you can get the .4 again, or someone else can..someone needs to beat my S1 time rather urgently or I am afraid that the universe might explode as things are not how they should be ;)

That's what my car makes when he is fed up of me and just wants to sleep on the grass

A while ago @EDK persuaded me to use manual gears. I tried it for a short time but gave up rather easily, MISTAKE.
As soon as I started this combo I realised manual was way to go, so I'm giving it another go.
2nd run I improved my time by 5seconds and have since taken another 2secs. Must be another couple of seconds surely. Hope I get the free time to find out.

Thanks @Andy 0 for the gearbox and Mike (@mr_lab_rat) for change point advice.

Thank you @hasslemoff for the marvellous combo, great fun. 👍
