I still have no idea how you guys are going so fast in T1!!
Its only 2 corners!!

24.684

It did take me abit of time to get up to speed first sector, my submitted time was my fastest one to date, I felt more better in second sector really.

One thinkable solution would be to take a different line at the entry of this lap (aka: the end of the lap you did before)
to gain extra speed for that long straight before turn #1
I know Michael Schumacher did that in F1-Qualifying, I don't know if it's helpful here :D

Yes that's true you can gain up to 0.050 or so I've found if you get it spot on, compromise the current lep to get a good run for the next.

I've just ticked over 300km on the clock and finally feel like I can at least get consistent .6x/7 and I've seen a few .5's.
Highly doubt I'll see a .4 like you boys though

Improved a bit at the line with these splits, .2 left for me if I got all PB sectors which is highly unlikely!

First sector seems mainly about very light brake pressure. And not hitting the rumble at the back between 1 and 2.

Still time on the table, especially through the esses. How are you guys going so quick through t1 and 2! Probably won't be able to get into the 24.4s, but I will be giving this some more goes before the deadline.

Not been near this since last week and just done my daily mileage on it and Improved by a massive .010 at the line

I have been faster by .1 in both sectors 2 and 3 so I know it's not good enough yet and still work to do! Not easy this one :ouch:👍

Great tip mate, I found its actually better to brake a little earlier and lighter and trail the brake through just enough to stop running too wide but not enough to kill momentum. Dialed the brake all the way to +5 plus changing into 4th before the line so no gear changes down the straight!

Managed a .480 T1 ! Sadly I binned it not long after  but at least seeing many more .5's now!
I have one lap that is my best where-by in 1 frame the tyre is touching the kerb on last corner, next frame its touching the white line, its a very close call that between the frames it leaves the rumble and sits in "no-mans land" before hitting the white line. Hopefully I can just beat the lap regardless, otherwise might need to use my 2nd best to be safe.

EDIT: I just re-checked the rules, the white line isn't track boundary, the tarmac is. If this is the case then my lap is 100% fine as there is a section of tarmac after the white line, but before the drain which my tyre is always touching.

Correct. Glad I could help.

I always struggle in this section of Suzuka. I’m faster on the longer course, because I can make up for my mistakes in the rest of the lap. But on east circuit there is no rest of the lap

Submitted this one also.. GL to all

Waiting patiently for the next 2 events

We will be running the Toyota TS050 at Interlagos for the next TT. We already used the Hyundai in a TT, so it's not going to be used on this one. The TT will still be 2 weeks, to align to the event.

So gutted, found a tenth and just saw that my rear right is, I think, off the track at the one place I never considered going off track,!

Don't think I can submit this so I won't

Will try and do a similar time and if not will just upload my next slowest.

Also a question, how do I add you guys as friends on PSN, and what's to stop us all from seeing each others lap times on the weekly tts if we are friends on there??

You can only see your Friends times on official PD events and circuit experience etc.. you can't see each others hotlap times in normal time trial modes unless you share a console with separate accounts.. like me and the wife for example 👍

That's why they are shared after the event ends and open for everyone to see ;)

Lap submitted
Enjoyed this combo more than expected. Short course is good to repair and improve driving skills.
