Hi,

thanks to all for publishing their settings. I tried +0,03/-0,03 and 5/5. It now feels a bit easier to gain fast laptimes, especially in the second sector.

Best T1 so far 18.746, better T1 didn't result in a result

keep racing,
D.

And I thought this one would be a good one to jump back into as it's short with very little tuning...

After 90 mins of frustration, I realised the schoolboy error of having TCS set to 5 :banghead: After a reset, some improvement but nowhere near some of the excellent times being set here, I know I'm rusty but its good to see the WRS is still frequented by aliens!

I'm only using the high rear brake bias for rotation at the first turn at the down hill. Otherwise it would be more like a 6/4.
Same for me, it's a total compromise. But that first corner is way too much of an understeery craps shoot with other approaches to brake balance settings. I've learned how to drive around it for the rest of the track.

EDIT: Half the board now covered by 0.220.

Today the magic happened in lap 30. Unlike the previous 29 laps, I was struggling to concentrate and when starting it, was pretty sure it wasn't going anywhere. I failed to notice the again higher speed and thought that half a minute more was just a completionist thing. Oh and I guess I would have a little more time today but that 172 ms improvement is kind of telling me to sleep on it, first.

Great splits across the board, you guys have been busy ;) will hopefully try this again before the deadline if I get a chance but I've been busy finishing off my last shifts at my crappy job before i go job hunting yet again as I handed my notice in.. then I can have lots more race time again :D

Good luck to all still running this 👍

That's one of those fist pumping lap, nice.👍

Check out 3rd thru 7th on the leader board, seperated by a mere .060 :nervous:
Yeah, it really was. I'd already improved my lap from the prior session by something like 0.007, with splits that were much worse. I started to figure out the keys to final sector consistency last time, but I had a bunch of red clock laps from taking a sloppy line in the second corner.

I managed to clean up that corner and posted a lap that was even better than any of those red clocks. Really not sure how I am going to improve it. But I will still try.

Was hoping for more people, but this is what I wanted from this event. Hopefully the long weekend brings some more people out of the woodwork. You kind of have to try this to know how fun it is, but maybe those C2 tires are scaring people off. I drove it with C3, but felt that the track warranted a bit less grip. I find it the perfect balance, but then again, these are my sorts of combos.
