It does take an amount of bravery with the throttle in the high speed bends and careful application out of the hairpins. This is a damned tricky track as well but give it another go - you don't have to commit yourself to anything but there's always value in the experience even if you don't officially submit a time (or splits).

That said, why is the turnout so low this week? Even the more experienced guys aren't running...

Another blast round for me anyway:

40.888
30.154
45.427

There's a tenth in sector 3 and possibly another in sector 4 but nailing that together at this point is going to be a little irksome. :P

Thanks for the encouragement and tips vagabond, I guess I was just frustrated this afternoon :ouch:
As soon as I'm able to get a clean lap I'll post some splits 👍

No worries mate.. and call me Chris. :)

Making hay tonight.... not much time from tomorrow.

40.889
30.406
45.189

PB in sector 4 and looking for 0.2 in sector 2. Great combo Kevin, shame it doesn't seem so popular. :indiff:

"Thrash it mercilessly"

That's almost an understatement, you really have to abuse this thing to make it go. Having a blast trying to get this around here in one piece. Not sure where you're finding all that time Chris, but I'm not gonna get close this week. Still, a decent improvement tonight.

41.129
30.483
45.802

First time back after another enforced break. Not the easiest combo to come to grips with  but after 10 laps with Kev's gearbox and Baron's suspension...
42.105
31.203
46.981

Thanks mate, I long to be back week after week but getting consistent seat time is challenging. Another 5 laps...
41.290
30.986
47.034

Done for the night...
41.658
30.778
46.543

Edit: hmm, one second off the pace (scratches head....)

I gave it 40min on Kev's tune the other night and was still 2sec behind his initial splits, and well, I typically don't post them when I'm that far off my benchmark. :P

Been busy since then, but now that I'm unfortunately missing the Hardcore Classic this weekend, I'll have more time to catch up on this one. 👍

Great splits on a tricky combo, guys. 👍 Welcome back, Jon, even more motivation to jump in on this.

I'm out for the week, too much travelling/working, won't be back till Friday next week. Good luck and see you in gt6

When I say a second off 'the pace', the pace I'm referring to is Viper and Mamba, not Chris

Where can I find this car? OCD doesn't seem to have it anymore. Could someone send me the car perhaps? :(

First splits!

41.612
31.135
47.541

The fact that Chris wanted better show up and me thinking that I wouldn't be getting gt6 at release date made me give this wrs tt some time and maybe the next two or three. Always good to have some competition :). Even though I'm not competitive at all as I can figure out lol.

Chris got us all into it I guess. You can always watch my splits if in need to raise your spirits :sly:

Spent 90 minutes coming up with these:

41.288
31.135
46.344

Seems like I've forgotten how to GT.

Thanks for the T1 video Chris!

Stay right there, while I try to catch you! :dopey: Welcome back!

EDIT:

No clean replays saved to speak of, so I'll just enter at the back. :dunce:

50.000
40.000
50.000

The only savable one (which got away in the final exit's blue) was:
41.550
30.682
47.189
I'll chase that one next session, as the T3 and T4 were buggered.

Ran some last night but nothing to show for it. I did find more in each sector, and was two tenths ahead until I went wide in the last turn.

Mohit, good to see you running again.

Always seem to get faster in the morning. Got a pretty good run in, latest splits.

42.066
31.261
47.679

Banzai run before dinner:

40.969
30.202
45.197

Still looking for a couple of tenths. I suppose that's a given no matter how fast you go... :P

Using LSD 5/22/5 now, still maxed out suspension and aero... and same gears.

More consistent with some dinner inside me... :sly:

40.849
30.238
45.247

...and a decent finish (I think).

There's probably still another couple of tenths in there to be honest but its one of those tracks where a tiny mistake costs massively.

New Splits:

41.074
30.562
45.874

My Setup:

Awesome splits, @viper84, and thanks for sharing your tune. 👍

Good turn-in, and competent cornering as long as you're careful with the throttle and weight shifts.

Got a good clean banker with PB's in T1 and T3. T4 could be at least 0.2 faster, probably 0.4 on a lucky run.

41.158
30.739
46.336

41.044
30.383
45.798

Still about .25 out there but this might be all I can get. No idea how Chris is so fast in t3(or anywhere else) . Cleaned up t4 a lot, this lap is .390 faster than my previous post.

Current tune.

Max aero, same gears as before.
