That would be dirty.

Not counting it as a rumble strip, and there is grass between the actual rumble and that surface.

Thanks for asking now, better to learn this in advance of submission.

Honestly, even if the white was track surface, the position of your car looks dubious right there. Hard to say if the tire contact patch is even on the white part.
